Qualifications - Applicant should have 5-10 yrs. of experience. Knowledge of engineering principles, principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge of one or more areas including scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration and/or construction techniques.
B.S. in Engineering. EIT / PE preferred. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities - Applicant's responsibilities shall include document review, analysis, report writing, client coordination and carrying out assignments from conception to completion. A candidate must demonstrate leadership in planning and managing small to mid-size projects and/or leading a sub-group on a large project. Analytical assignments include cost estimating, CPM scheduling, research of project records, and plan review. Field assignments include on-site representation of client, preparation of project documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, plan review and research of records. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written communications. Ability to work independently, and as a team member.
