Robert C. Hixon, Jr., PE, CCM, FCMAA is a seasoned project executive with more than 40 years construction and project management experience working for the Federal Government to include 34 years with the U.S. General Services Administration and three years with the Architect of the Capitol. His expertise includes civil engineering, program and project management, construction management, construction risk management, procurement, and management of design and construction contracts per the Federal Acquisition Regulations, financial and personnel management, coordination of multi-project disciplines and activities, operations, and resolution of technical and contract disputes. He is a certified construction manager and a Fellow with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
