Vice President, RegionalProgram Manager Kevin Bocock has more than 16 years of extensive construction management experience on a wide variety of building and transportation projects. Kevin has developed and taught training programs on construction management and testified about scheduling and delay at mediation and arbitration. As the Regional Program Manager of MBP's southwest Virginia region, Kevin is focused on growing our transportation and dispute resolution programs.
