 Richard Mouri
Branch Operations Manager
Richard Mouri has 29 years of experience in the construction industry which includes 16 years in construction management. He possesses extensive knowledge in a variety of construction management projects such as, cleanroom construction and Quality Assurance (QA); building construction scheduling, QA, integration, and project management; office Tenant Improvements (TI) project management; interiors renovation project management; and general construction and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) operations. Richard's specialized engineering expertise includes facility management; scheduling, and project management; building engineering; security; and logistics. As Branch Operations Manager, Richard is responsible for daily operations and overall coordination of Branch activities.
Mouri earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute, and his MS in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. He also spent four years with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
