Branch Manager
Graham Stewart has more than 28 years experience in all aspects of construction project management. Originally from Zimbabwe, Graham received his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. There, he worked for a large engineering firm prior to attending Lehigh University in Pennsylvania for his Master’s degree in Structural Engineering. He is a licensed engineer in Pennsylvania and a LEED Accredited Professional. Additionally, Graham has worked for construction, engineering and consulting firms for the past 20 years in Philadelphia. He has experience in numerous project delivery methods including CM At-Risk and Design-Build for a wide variety of buildings for hospitals, higher education, biotech, museums, industrial, and commercial clients. He has facilitated value engineering and risk assessment sessions, and has extensive experience in cost estimating, scheduling and constructibility reviews.
