GSA Selects MBP for Three CM Services Contracts

Columbia, MD -The United States General Services Administration (GSA) Mid-Atlantic region recently selected McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP) to provide full-time Construction Management services over the next year at the Boggs Federal Courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware and on multiple projects funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

Additionally, GSA Mid-Atlantic Region 3 also selected the joint venture of MBP-AECOM for a $25 million, five year Construction Management services contract supporting Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, and southern New Jersey.

Finally, the GSA Northeast/Caribbean Region selected MBP for a $5 million, five year Construction Management services contract supporting New York, northern New Jersey and the Caribbean.
