Paul Grosskruger, PE Joins MBP as Senior Project Manager

Jacksonville, FL -McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP) is pleased to announce that the firm has named Paul Grosskruger, PE as a Senior Project Manager. Grosskruger will be managing operations in Florida and will report to MBP's Southeast Regional Office.

Grosskruger joins MBP with more than 26 years experience in leading engineering organizations and directing complex planning, design and construction programs. He is a recognized leader in the Southeastern United States in managing interagency and intergovernmental teams and involvement in all facets of water resources management. His experience also includes strategic planning, contracting, program management, construction, negotiations and federal permitting.

Prior to joining MBP, Colonel Paul Grosskruger (ret) served as the former Commander of the Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He directed the life-cycle project management of over 300 water resource projects valued in the billions of dollars and led a diverse workforce of 850 professionals. Paul holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Iowa State University and a BS from the United States Military Academy.

Grosskruger's awards include the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal (his sixth); the Army Commendation Medal (three awards and "V" device); the Joint Commendation Medal; the Army Achievement Medal (fifth award); the NATO Medal; the Joint Meritorious Unit award; and the Humanitarian Service Medal. He has earned medals from Nicaragua and Poland and his battalion earned the Presidential Unit Citation for service with the 3d Infantry Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
