Loudoun County Selects MBP for Cost Estimating and Construction Support Services Contracts

Fairfax, VA - McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP) is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected by Loudoun County, Virginia as one of two firms to provide cost estimating and construction management services over the next year on multiple projects for the County's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The CIP includes a wide variety of projects such as schools, transportation, and general government and public safety facilities.

"MBP is very pleased to be a part of Loudoun County's CIP with these two contract wins," says Scott A. Galbraith, Branch Manager. "The CIP provides MBP with the potential opportunity to greatly expand its municipal experience by providing services on several different types of projects."

MBP has worked with Loudoun County previously to provide construction management services, and was the only incumbent to be selected for this most recent contract.
