Kimball Ferguson Joins McDonough Bolyard Peck
as Senior Project Manager

Fairfax, VA - McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP) is pleased to announce that the firm has named Kimball Ferguson as its newest Senior Project Manager in the firm's Fairfax Branch. Ferguson will be leading branch Commissioning efforts, a service area experiencing increased growth at MBP and in the industry as a whole.

"We are excited to have Kimball Ferguson join us at MBP," says Fairfax Branch Operations Manager, Richard Mouri. "He is a valuable addition to our Commissioning Team and a true leader in MBP's efforts to expand our commissioning services in the Southeast region."

Ferguson joins MBP from Johns Hopkins University's Applied Physics Laboratory in Baltimore, Maryland where he worked as Branch Supervisor of Facilities and Construction. He has extensive project experience and is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), and is LEED AP certified. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Prior to his work with Johns Hopkins University, Kimball worked as the Assistant Director of Health System Facilities Planning, Design and Construction at Duke University. Some of his most notable projects at Duke include Medical Science Research Building II, Hospital North Emergency Department Expansion, Brain Imaging Institute addition, Duke Eye Institute, Duke Hospital North OR Expansion, Center for Models of Human Disease, Snyderman Genomics Building, Center for Holistic Healing, Duke Children's Hospital, Duke South Hospital Renovation, Ambulatory Surgery Center and a Regional Bio-containment Facility.
