Fairfax, Virginia - MBP is pleased to announce the promotions of Scott A. Galbraith, PE, CFCC; James Mascaro, PE, CCP; and Don Young, PE, CCM to the position of Vice President.

"We are extremely proud of Scott, James and Don and their numerous professional achievements," says Charles E. Bolyard, Jr., PSP, CFCC, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. "They have contributed to MBP's growth and success in countless ways and we hope that each will experience continued accomplishment in their new roles as Vice Presidents."

Scott "Gator" Galbraith began his career with MBP as an Engineer in 1993, and has more than 18 years experience providing and managing MBP services. Working his way up to Branch Manager at MBP's Fairfax, Virginia branch, Gator was actively involved in both analytical and field assignments throughout Virginia and abroad. Over the years, Gator has been actively involved in a number of strategic initiatives, and recently he moved to Florida to open and manage MBP's 12th office in Tampa, Florida.

James "Jim" Mascaro has more than 30 years of construction experience working as a construction manager, designer and commissioning authority. Jim joined MBP in 2005 to establish a commissioning services program. Under Jim's direction, MBP's commissioning services has grown to more than 70 current projects. In addition, he helped establish and grow the MBP Chesapeake office in MBP's Southeastern Virginia Region.

Don Young came to MBP in 2006 after a distinguished career with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, where he served as project executive on many large scale programs for Department of Defense facilities, strategic planning coordination of Virginia K-12/Higher Education/Transportation projects, and supporting the Virginia Department of General Services program. As Regional Operations Manager for the Southeastern Virginia Region, Don has helped grow that region's operations by more than 50 percent. Don's versatile background in strategic planning and leadership has enabled him to effectively participate in several key MBP strategic initiatives.
