Columbia, Maryland - MBP is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Bagshaw, PE, CCM, LEED AP to the position of Branch Operations Manager of the firm's Columbia, Maryland branch location.

Mike Bagshaw is an accomplished construction management professional with more than 19 years of industry experience, including 11 years with MBP, specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential construction. He has successfully provided municipal, federal, and private owners with a variety of services such as cost analysis, CPM scheduling, construction management, design review, and claims analysis.

Mike is currently completing work on a three-year assignment for United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District on the $1.4 billion New Campus East (NCE) project at Fort Belvoir, where he served as Program Manager. Prior to his work at NCE, Mike was a Senior Consultant for the U.S. Navy's Special Operations Unit where he supported a variety of classified projects totaling over $100 million.

Additionally, Mike is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). He is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
