Joseph Modica Appointed Branch Operations Manager

Williamsburg, Virginia - MBP is pleased to announce the promotion of promotion of Joseph V. Modica, PE to the position of Branch Operations Manager of the firm's Chesapeake, Virginia office location.

"He has exceled over the years in the application of technical engineering, client care, business development, and budget management, and is already making a positive impact in his new role as Operations Manager."

Modica has significant experience with infrastructure projects which include roads, domestic water, sanitary sewer and stormwater management. He has also managed and designed civil engineering projects for the development of multi-use, multi/single family, commercial, retail, and institutional developments. Modica is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
